Designed to complement our award-winning N-central® 7.0 with Endpoint Security Manager™ RMM platform, these new service offerings provide N-able partners with powerful and proven capabilities for delivering comprehensive network operations center (NOC) and help desk services to customers worldwide (two very lucrative service opportunities for MSPs).
Two NOC services are now available through N-able for remote MSP management and monitoring of desktops, servers and network devices. These include:
· Proactive Service, which includes monitoring and escalation services that augment N-able’s RMM platform
· Managed Service, which includes monitoring and remediation services that augment N-able’s RMM platform
