N-able Technologies® Signs Strategic Distribution Agreement with Swedish IT Market Leader PCM Software

N-central® 7.0 Remote Monitoring and Management Software Now Available in Sweden through Value Added Distributor, Managed Services Events Announced for Gothenburg and Stockholm

Stockholm, Sweden — April 28, 2010 — N-able Technologies®, the global leader in remote monitoring and management (RMM) software for managed service providers (MSPs) and IT departments, today announced it has signed a strategic distribution agreement with Sweden’s top value added distributor PCM Software. The alliance marks the first time N-able’s N-central® 7.0 managed services software solution will be made generally available to the Swedish IT channel from a distribution partner.

As N-able Technologies’ first go-to-market distribution partner in Sweden, PCM Software is actively co-marketing, selling and supporting the N-central 7.0 software to emerging and established Swedish solution providers and MSPs focused on small and midsize businesses.  PCM Software will also work closely with N-able’s sales, technical support and partner development teams to provide a high level of pre- and post-sales support, as well as Level 1 technical support.

“Sweden is an emerging marketplace for managed services with hundreds of IT service providers who are looking for an affordable and profitable way to service and manage 100 per cent of their clients’ existing IT infrastructure,” says Gavin Garbutt, president and CEO of N-able Technologies.

“Our new N-central 7.0 is engineered and priced to meet the varying needs of both emerging and existing IT service providers and MSPs – making it an ideal solution for Sweden’s growing IT channel,” says Mr. Garbutt. “By teaming with PCM Software, we are able to engage with IT channel partners faster than we could on our own and will ultimately accelerate the adoption of managed services throughout Sweden and work together to build a healthier, more profitable global IT channel.”

To kick off the alliance, N-able is participating in a series of partner education road shows hosted by PCM Software which will be held May 10 and 11 in Gothenburg and Stockholm respectively, and offered free of charge to local MSPs and solution providers. The events will feature presentations by N-able’s vice president of sales Mike Cullen and successful Swedish MSP and N-able partner Johan Strömquist, chief executive of Further AB. Strömquist will share his views on managed services and explain how his growing partnership with N-able and PCM Software will allow Further AB to significantly increase contribution per employee by year’s end.

“When we found N-able, we realized right away that they offered all the right technical requirements and the right business approach,” says Mr. Strömquist. “N-able gave us the confidence to reach larger clients, previously unattainable by a company of our size. Now, with N-able’s RMM software and managed services best practices, we are making better use of the resources we have and are able to do much more for our clients.”

During each event, attendees will receive a live demonstration of the automated features and time-saving functionality found within N-able’s N-central 7.0 software, as well as valuable training on the business acumen and sales expertise needed to engage new and existing customers and grow the business more profitably. Event registration and additional details can be found at www.pcmsoftware.se.
